ZJ series slurry pump is designed by our plant, which is a kind of single stage,end suction,centrifugal type pump.
The 50ZJ slurry pumps maily used transport the abrasive slurry. The main function of the Frame plate Liner Insert
is to protect the stuffing box and increase the service life of the shaft seal parts. High Chrome Alloy A49 has
Anti-erosionperformance,corrosion stability in low PH environement.
It should be noted that the excessive clearance between the impeller of the slurry pump and the Cover Plate Liner
will increase the volume loss of the slurry pump, reduce the flow rate and head of the pump, and reduce the
efficiency of the overall slurry pump. When the clearance between the impeller and the Frame Plate Liner Insert is
too large, the pressure on the back of the impeller will increase, which makes the slurry pump Stuffing Box (shaft
seal component) easy to leak and shorten the service life of the shaft seal component.
